Who handles your information

Information you share
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we may receive your name, contact details, messages and the class/date you wish to attend. The website does not take online payments or store automatic class bookings. Please do not send medical records or sensitive health information through general contact channels.
How we use information
We use the information to answer your enquiries, coordinate and confirm attendance, manage cancellations and communicate changes to the class you requested. Marketing messages are a separate purpose: you may decline or ask us to stop sending them at hola@sundarayoga.mx, without affecting your ability to request a class.
Website, cookies and external services
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details and server logs to deliver and protect the service. WordPress may use necessary cookies for administrator access. The embedded Google map can send technical information to Google when it loads. If you use WhatsApp, Google Maps or an email service, their privacy policies also apply. The prepared site does not include advertising or analytics tags; any later addition must be disclosed before activation.
Providers and disclosures
Service providers may process information as needed to provide hosting, email or communications. These services may operate outside Mexico. Other disclosures require an applicable legal basis or, where required, your consent. The studio does not sell personal information.
Retention and protection
Information is kept only as needed for the stated purposes and applicable obligations, after which it should be deleted or anonymised. Access should be limited to authorised people. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices and requests
You may request access, correction, cancellation or objection to the processing of your personal data, and ask to revoke consent or limit its use, as applicable. Email hola@sundarayoga.mx with the subject Privacy request, your name, a contact method and a clear description of the request. We will explain the identity verification and information needed to process it. Do not send identification documents until we provide an appropriate channel. Requests are handled within applicable legal time limits; some obligations may prevent immediate deletion.
