Beginner yoga

Patti guides a flowing practice that connects movement and conscious breathing. Taught in English, with an adapted sequence to help you become familiar with your practice.

Hatha Vinyasa

Connect movement and breathing through a sequence of linked postures, with moments of stillness and attention to alignment. Ask about the pace if you are choosing your first class.

Sound bowl meditation

A meditation experience with resonant sounds in a calm setting. Regular classes are coming soon; contact us for availability.

Private and online classes

Booking and cancellation

Classes last 75 minutes and cost $200 MXN per single class. Groups are limited to 10 students. Free cancellation is available until one hour before the class begins. For later changes, please contact us. Ask about monthly packages.
